EPOXY GLASS FABRIC LAMINATES
(EPGC201):EPOXY FABRIC LAMINATES (Insulation Class B) :
Rigid laminated sheets consist of glass fabric backing with high temperature epoxy resin as binder.It is suitable for insulating components subject to high mechanical stress at temperature limits up-to around 155ºC.
Material is good Fire Retardant.
Compiles as per IEC893 EPGC 203, NEMAL1 FR4, DIN7735 HGW2372.1 and IS10192 EP2 standards.
Application: Mostly used in electrical machines and equipments as slot-wedges, fillers, cover plates, nut insulation, inter mediates, distances, etc.

(EPGC 308):EPOXY FABRIC LAMINATES (Insulation Class F) :
Laminated Sheets are made of continuous filament woven fibreglass bonded with high temperature epoxy resin.
The material has ability to withstand elevated temperature upto 150ºC and sustain excellent mechanical and mechanical properties at elevated temperature.
Material meets the IEC 60893-3-2 EPGC205 standard.
Application: Mostly used in electrical machines and equipments as slot-wedges, fillers, cover plates, nut insulation, inter mediates, distances, etc.

(EPGC 202/FR4):EPOXY FABRIC LAMINATES (Insulation Class H):
Laminated Sheet made from layers of fine and plain weave glass fabric, treated with Epoxy Resin having high temperature index unto 180ºC.
The material has high mechanical and electrical properties. It has a good mating and punching properties.
Material is Non-brominated.
It conforms to IEC893 EPGC308 standard.
Application: Mostly used in electrical machines and equipments as slot-wedges, fillers, cover plates, nut insulation, inter mediates, distances, etc.
